It’s usually hard to know what’s what in this market, but I’m giving this clinic a big five stars. I’m the third one in my friend group to go here and have a great experience. Really awesome service!

Overall it was an Amazing Experience
I was apprehensive about coming to Turkey for the first time, especially for an operation.
However, it’s been great; Mr. Jan has always been there to help me with any questions or
concerns. I was welcomed when I was picked up from the airport and have been very well
looked after.
The surgeon was excellent. He made me feel comfortable, and I could tell he took a lot of
pride in his work. Once it was done, there was no rush to get me out the door. We spent half
an hour afterwards drinking Turkish tea, and when it was time to leave, he walked me back to
the hotel to make sure I got back safely. All of the assistants and other members of staff were
very pleasant and professional, too.
Beautiful country. I can’t wait to come back and thank you.

So my husband has just came home from having his implant procedure here, from the offset the whole experience was made very easy with the patience and help Mr.Mehmet, such a lovely gentleman who goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions (we had lots) and sorted everything out from landing in Turkey… transfers, accommodation, taxi to and from the clinic, even when he missed his flight home (his own fault as they got him to the airport in plenty time) but she still arranged to have him picked back up and took to overnight accommodation until his new flight the following day.
At the clinic the staff were all extremely polite and professional, my husband has one word for the full process… OUTSTANDING.
I would definitely recommend this Gentelmans to anyone considering any operation done 🙂

On 16th September 2023 I had a Penile augmentation Procudure.
On 15th September 2023, i arrived in Turkey and was met by a driver which Climax international consultant, JAN, organised.
I was taken to the hotel (also included in the package) and later met with Jan and a team of Doctors and a Professor for the surgery whom I have now named “The Dream Team”.
The Dream Team prepared me for my surgery by making relevant markings, and blood work was also taken. They made me feel so comfortable and confident with my decision to have the procedure done in Turkey, and I remember being so excited about it all. I ate my last meal with my hubby by 22:00, ensuring that my last meal would have had a gap of 12 hours at minimum prior to my procedures.
On 16th September 2023, the morning of my surgery, we arrived at the hospital at 8.30 am as instructed. The nurse and Jan prepared me for surgery and confirmed that my blood count was good and that I was able to go ahead. The anaesthetist hooked me up to a drip, and the “Dream Team” came to inform my hubby of the length of the procedure and explained again what would happen in surgery.
The last thing I remember is seeing the surgery room, saying a short prayer and wondering when the drugs would kick in…
I was so cold when I woke up, and the nurses ensured that I had everything I needed. I quickly felt my new body and was instantly in love with it.
I am currently ten days post-op, and I’m feeling so good. I have swelling, which I have read is to be expected. However, the doctors and consultants have regularly communicated with me and given further advice.
I am so happy with everything and recommend the “Climax Dream Team” for your cosmetic achievements. I want to repeat a huge thank you to Climax and their lovely team.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with my enlargement procedure.
For about three years, I was considering it, and when a friend of mine went for it at a dental treatment, I decided to follow suit.
A year later, I got in touch with Jan, who offered me the same procedure at less than half the price in Melbourne. I was initially quoted. Although I was nervous about travelling alone for cosmetic surgery, Jan answered every question, which helped me feel comfortable.
When the big day arrived, I was greeted at the airport with a warm smile and received constant contact throughout my journey. At the hotel, they walked me through the itinerary for the upcoming days.
On the treatment day, I met Jan at the hospital and went to the treatment room. After signing some paperwork and getting into my robe, I was ready. Despite some language barriers, the staff was fantastic, always making sure someone was there to translate. And let me tell you, the treatment was much less uncomfortable than I expected – more accessible than getting a filling!
I’m thrilled with the results, even though they are still in the early days. During my stay, I also got to enjoy the beautiful Turkish culture and cuisine. Now, as I sit in the airport waiting for my flight home, I feel content knowing this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
A huge thank you to Jan, Mr.Mehmet, and the rest of the team for all their help and the endless cups of tea. If you’re having doubts, just go for it.

Words here can hardly express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received.
It’s been over a year since my procedure, and I confidently believe it was the best decision I ever made. I spent years contemplating and researching various clinics in Turkey before settling on this one. Their communication was outstanding, with detailed WhatsApp messages explaining every step of the process.
My original appointment was set for May 2020, but due to COVID-19, it was rescheduled to October 2023. Jan, who coordinated everything, was incredibly patient and answered all my questions – and there were many! The airport driver, whose name escapes me now, was very kind, allowing me to use his mobile hotspot to inform my family of my safe arrival. He then drove me to my hotel, which was conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the clinic.
Arriving late, I grabbed some food and then retired for the night. The next morning, I had breakfast at the hotel – opting for cereal, as I’m picky with food. Mehmet, my patient coordinator, met me there. His English was excellent, which made communication easy. We went to the hospital to register, take blood samples, and pay for the procedure. After a short taxi ride, we arrived at the clinic, where I met the surgeon and the team. They thoroughly explained everything before Mehmet escorted me back to the hotel.
The following day, Mehmet and I went to the hospital. The surgeons visited me pre-operation, explained the procedure again, and answered any last-minute questions I had. The procedure took about an hour, and I stayed overnight in the hospital, where I was provided with meals (though no coffee was allowed). The next morning, the surgeon checked on me before I was discharged. Jan picked me up and took me back to the hotel.
Over the next three days, I attended follow-up appointments, accompanied by Jan. If he was unavailable, Mehmet would join me. Their support throughout the process was invaluable.
After all my follow-up appointments were completed, I was ready to return home. The driver kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. I just want to express my thanks to everyone involved. The way everyone acted, as if we had known each other for a long time, made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. My only regret is not having spent more time exploring Istanbul. Thank you so much for everything. Words here can hardly express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received.
